ReadySMS Onboarding

The onboarding education series has been developed into an eLearn to allow you to get across the basics of your student management system in a convenient way. This full series has been carefully developed to train you in the basics of the product, and is designed to take you from zero product knowledge to completing your reporting.

We encourage you to work through all the content, in order. Upon completion of this eLearn, you will be granted a certificate.

Course Objectives:

Throughout the eLearn, you will explore:

• An introduction to the system
• Information about site configuration
• How to set up and use courses and events
• How to set up online applications and take enrolments, both online and manually
• The process and steps to complete the student life cycle
• Reporting within the Student Management System
• The system's communication features, including configuration and common uses
• The different types of portals and their functions 

Target Audience:

This eLearn is designed for beginners, with no prior knowledge required. 

Average Course Duration:

The onboarding education series self-paced eLearning course takes approximately 25 hours to complete. It includes a series of webinar videos to guide you through the system, along with practical action items to reinforce your learning.
