The Applications and Enrolments eLearn is a core part of your Ready Student training. Designed to walk you through the management of applications and enrolments within the SMS, this course explores the available workflows, allowing you to review and select the options that best meet your organisation’s needs. Once you’ve chosen a workflow, the eLearn guides you through each step of its setup, with demonstrations to illustrate how it functions in practice.
This interactive and comprehensive course empowers you to understand and configure workflows that align with your organisation’s enrolment processes, ensuring efficient operations and informed decision-making.
Onboarding Education series:
The Onboarding Education series is a collection of eLearn courses designed to guide you through the fundamentals of Ready Student, taking you from zero product knowledge to confidently completing your standard national reports. This series has been thoughtfully developed to equip you with the essential skills needed to effectively manage your institution's operations within Ready Student.
Certain eLearn courses within the series may be more relevant to specific roles within your organisation. While some users may benefit from completing the entire series, others may only need to focus on particular modules based on their responsibilities. Please note that system configuration, as covered in Configuring Ready Student, must be completed before starting courses related to event setup and management. This applies to new setups; if your organisation is already established in Ready Student, you can proceed with the modules most relevant to your role.

Required Resources:
To complete this eLearn, you will require:
Access to your SMS, including URL, username and password
A list of the information you need to collect on an enrolment form/a copy of your existing enrolment form/s
Curriculum management setup, including program and units
Site configuration completed including but not limited to Locations and RTO details
At least one course configured in your SMS
At least one test student configured in your SMS
At least one test trainer configured in your SMS
A basic understanding of system navigation and terminology
