Administration of Trainers: CPD Tracker & Staff Delivery eLearn is designed to equip administrators with the skills necessary to effectively manage and utilise the CPD Tracker and Staff Delivery features within Ready Student. Participants will learn how to record, track, and manage professional development activities, as well as ensure that only qualified trainers and assessors are authorised to deliver specific educational content.
 
 

Course Objectives:

Throughout the eLearn, you will explore:

  • Gain knowledge on creating and managing staff profiles within Ready Student.
  • Use the CPD Tracker to automatically populate completed units from Ready Student.
  • Manually enter prior qualifications and non-accredited training into the CPD Tracker.
  • Calculate and review training points and hours, including total and 12-month summaries.
  • Verify staff qualifications and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Explore how to link staff members to programs and update their qualifications in the Teacher Matrix.
  • Understand how to restrict unit assignments based on staff qualifications using the delivery matrix.

After completing this unit, you’ll be able to:

  • Successfully navigate the CPD Tracker to manually and automatically record professional development activities.
  • Create and edit staff profiles, assigning relevant job titles, staff types, and employment statuses.
  • Link staff members to specific programs and units, managing and updating their qualifications as needed.
  • Apply restrictions to ensure only qualified trainers and assessors are assigned to deliver or assess specific units.
 

Target Audience:

This eLearn is designed to follow the Level 1 Onboarding Education Series. Please note that for this topic, we ask that you have either completed the Onboarding Education Series or already understand the basics of the system before proceeding with this eLearn module.

It's an ideal course for Administrators responsible for managing staff and how they can be assigned within the system as well as how there professional development records are tracked.
